I was just here few weeks ago during my birthday, and decided to return to The Westin Ubud again. I had the best sleep ever the last time I was here, and left feeling well rested. Wrapping up the year 2023 with another visit to The Westin Ubud is the best plan i’ve ever made! Thanks to their really amazing team, Tude, Winny, Pande, Yana, Komang, Radit, Nesa, Duty Managers - Era and Arya, housekeeping team, express service team, front desk team, and everyone else who made my stay here the most memorable. Not to mention, I also had a very pleasant time and experience at the Heavenly Spa. This is definitely my go to hotel in Ubud! Yes there are other luxury hotels in this area, but The Westin concept and facilities is what suits my preference and taste best. Modern rooms and facilities mixed with Balinese tradition, i just love it here! This won’t be the last time i’m here, i’ll be coming back here soon for sure. Everything is really impressive! The structure of the Resort good and The attention to details can be seen everywhere. Since The momment you arrive, The westin team is worried with giving you a wonderful experience The room is spacious and clean, the bed is confortable and big. The restroom/bathroom design is impecable. The breakfast is something to be praised, everything is delicious, with a Wide variety of food, fruits and cuisines. Once again I Need to compliment the attention and care of The westin team as a whole, because they provide one of The best experiences, always being attentive and kind. One other big point is the spa service, providing a one of a kind service, which can only be described as exceptional and one of a kind!

- the facilities were fantastic - the staff were very attentive and welcoming - room service was super fast - absolutely loved the live singing in the evenings by the lobby area - excellent breakfast buffet - spacious king size room with extra bed for our 7 year old boy - fab WiFi (needed with little ones!)

Only stayed for 2 nights Pool was excellent, rooms were very comfortable, breakfast very nice. Everything was great would definitely come again.

We received a warm welcome on a rainy afternoon, and that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room is spacious and comfortable. We had a really good rest. Shout out to Mas Bagas for his attentive service - he helped us with a Grab delivery person when we couldn't understand what was being said. Breakfast was good. Everyone was so friendly - it was a good start to my first trip to Bali. Highly recommend staying here.

Very clean & beautiful hotel at a nice location. Staff is very polite, friendly & helpful. The best part of the hotel is the infinity pool. Very clean & hygienic kids play room. Highly recommend to someone who wants to come & relax with excellent services. Can’t wait to visit again.

We travelled as a family and loved this hotel very much, everything was as a 5star should be, staff was very friendly, prompt and helpful. Room was very clean. Loved the room amenities. One of the best swimming pool, gym and other common areas that we used. Highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to stay in and around Ubud, great for families. Kids pool and Kids club were amazing. Delicious breakfast spread. Would definitely book again.

Amazing staff. Very friendly staff with exceptional atitude. Always welcoming, kind and helpful. Amazing infinity pool. Huge executive suite with lots of space. Big screens, comfy beds, huge bathrpom. Very much attention was paid and surprises were made (we got a gift a baby bath set for our 9 month old daughter). Great breakfast with lots of choices and very rich. Great opening times. Small but comfy gym that can be used 24h a day.
